The thought of salted cantaloupe brings me back as a child staring at a large bowl of cut up cantaloupe and with a sprinkle of salt on summer days. (If any of you caught the vintage pyrex in the 3rd picture, I love you even more. I have collected Vintage Pyrex since my early 20's).
 
This jelly is a sweet and salty mix of fresh cantaloupe, sea salt, and a touch of vanilla. A sweet delight for sure!
