I am excited to announce that Sheri ,the owner of Round Rock Jelly & Co. will be competing in this years World Food Championship in Dallas, Texas on October 19th from 3pm-5pm on the center stage. Sheri will compete with 9 other entrants who made the top ten in the Jelly Queens taste testing. Sheri's hot pepper jam does not disappoint with its mix of sweet and spice that is great over pork, poultry, served with crackers or on biscuits. Making the top 10 jam & jelly makers from all over the country get a chance to do what they do best in one of the 22 Kitchen-Aid sponsored kitchens is a dream come true! Cannot wait to see you there!
